Oleanta is a Turkish export brand of edible oils, built for distributors who want the whole oil shelf from one supplier and the litres on the label to be the litres in the bottle.
Edible oil is a volume business with thin margins, which is exactly why the shelf is full of short fills, blended olive oil and labels that say less than they should. A wholesaler in Baghdad or Abidjan cannot test every carton; he buys a brand he has stopped needing to check.
Oleanta specifies each oil — grade, acidity, bottle, fill, carton — and has it filled by refineries and olive mills in Türkiye that already fill for export brands. We check the lots before loading and put our name on the bottle. We do not claim to own the refinery.
The range is eight oils because the oil shelf of a supermarket is eight oils. One account, one price list, one container.
- Name
- From the Latin oleum — oil, and olea — the olive tree.
- Why
- The name carries the olive, the oldest oil of the Mediterranean, and stretches over every oil on the shelf behind it.
- Mark
- A heavy, round wordmark. The A is drawn as a drop-shaped opening with a golden oil drop inside it — the product hidden in a letter, the way FedEx hides its arrow.
- Colour
- Olive-leaf green #1F3B2D and oil gold #E0A526 — the colours of the tree and of what it gives.
